Cheetah Chase Water Coaster
Who will be the fastest?
Race against your family and friends on Cheetah Chase: the World’s First Launched Water Coaster!
Holiday World’s third water coaster features two water-powered racing slides totaling more than 1,700 feet of track. On Cheetah Chase, riders will experience a water-powered flat launch before racing against their families toward the finish line.
Unlike our other water coasters, Cheetah Chase’s uphill sections are powered by water, rather than Linear Induction Motors, creating a totally unique–and drenching–ride!
The ride features the first-ever head-to-head dueling zone on a water coaster, as well as two other points where rafts will synchronize with one another. Each side also features two saucer-like elements—which create faster and tighter turns with awesome centrifugal force.
Tips for your visit
Cheetah Chase does not have any slide-tower stairs, so it’s accessible to folks who have difficulty with stairs.
WHOOOOSH! Riders will get SOAKED as this water-powered coaster tops the hills.
