If you’ve purchased a 2025 Season Pass, keep an eye on your email inbox. We’ll send out our monthly Season Pass Insider newsletter to keep you updated on what’s happening at the park. Everyone can sign up to receive periodic updates from November to April.

Season Pass Processing

NEW!

As of November 1, 2024, you can upload your photo as part of the Season Pass purchase process! When you’re filling out your name and address, the option to upload your photo is on the right.

If you upload your photo during the purchase process, you do not have to upload it again through the website.

Of course, you can always have your photo taken at the park during Early Season Pass Processing* or regular operating hours, if you wish.

If you purchased your 2025 Season Pass before November 1:

You can still update your personal information and provide a photo to get your 2025 Pass processing. Visit HolidayWorld.com/SPinfo to get started right now! See this page for deadlines for submission.

Even Pre-K Passes can get started through the online photo upload system. You will still need to bring your age-confirming documents on your first visit. Learn more about the Pre-K Pass here.

Process your Pass by Friday, December 6 and receive a FREE Pillow Box with each new Pass purchase (while supplies last). This is the perfect size for holiday gift-giving!

REMINDER: The last day to process to ensure Pass delivery before Christmas (and to receive your FREE Pillow Box with each new Pass) is Friday, December 6, 2024.

More Season Pass Information

• There’s a replacement fee of ^$5 per Season Pass, Platinum Season Pass, Summer Fun Card, or Pre-K Pass for all reprints of lost, forgotten, or stolen Passes.
• Online orders must be placed by persons ages 13 and older only.
• All sales are non-refundable and not for re-sale.
• Children ages three and younger are admitted free. Children born from July 1, 2019 through October 26, 2021 qualify for our FREE 2025 Pre-K Season Pass. Learn more about the Pre-K Pass here.
