Tembo Tides
Tembo Tides provides gentle waves in a smaller pool with a maximum water depth of 36 inches. There’s even a cute Tembo the Elephant by the entrance, who squirts water out of his trunk!
Tembo Tides is located near Kima Bay and right next to the Tembo Falls junior water slides.
Tips for your visit
Parents and older siblings are welcome and encouraged to accompany little ones.
No horseplay; this is for smaller children.
It takes energy to play in the waves, so be sure to plan rest times.
Children who aren’t potty trained must wear swim diapers.
Diapers must be changed in restrooms, which are nearby.

Ride Description
Tembo Tides is a children’s pool with continuous waves. Pool depth ranges from a zero-depth entry to 36” deep.
Attraction Access & Riding Position
Guests must be able to sit upright in the pool. Guests in a wheelchair/ECV may ask a Lifeguard for an inner tube to use. Guests must be able to upright themselves in a current in the pool. Weak or non-swimmers are
encouraged to wear a life jacket.
Zero-depth entry and exit to the pool.
