Holiday World’s Kids World & Friday Night Live! Events Begin this Weekend
SANTA CLAUS, IN -Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari welcomes the return of Kids World on August 17. This special event includes all the rides and slides of Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari plus entertainment, activities, and food selected specifically for kids.
“Kids World is back, and we can’t wait to welcome families to experience all the thrills and entertainment,” said Lauren Crosby, Director of Events & Entertainment at Holiday World. “From stilt walkers and jugglers to fun zones and tasty treats, there’s something for kids of all ages to enjoy.”
Running Saturdays and Sundays from August 17 through September 14, Kids World has a special menu for the young and the young-at-heart, including:
- Funnel Cake Flights
- Ice Cream Nachos
- Dirt Flurry (Chocolate Ice Cream with Oreo Crumbles & Gummy Worms)
- Frozen Lemonade with Boba
- Character Cookies featuring Holiday World’s mascots
- Three-Meat Pizza
- M&M Brownie
- And MORE!
In addition to Kids World, Friday Night Live!, Holiday World’s newest event, will take place on Fridays August 16, 23, and 30 from 5 pm to 10 pm. The event will feature live music from Backwoods Bluegrass and Happy New Month, as well as drink specials and night rides on Holiday World’s roller coasters and major attractions. During Friday Night Live!, Splashin’ Safari and select children’s rides will be closed.
Splashin’ Safari will be open Saturdays and Sundays through September 14, as well as Labor Day. Holiday World’s Happy Halloween Weekends begins September 21 and runs weekends through October 27. Both parks will be closed on Sunday, September 15 for a private outing.
