Why 2026 Is the Year to Go Platinum

2026 Season Passes went on sale on September 1 at the lowest price of the year, which is available through the end of the month.

If you’re not familiar with our Season Passes, we offer 3 different types, each with different levels of perks and benefits to take advantage of during the season.

While there are great reasons to choose any of our Season Passes, we have a new Season Pass perk this year that’s a bit of a game-changer if you enjoy spending time in Splashin’ Safari.

2026 Platinum Season Passholders can get into Splashin’ Safari 45 minutes early every day in June and July next season.

This blog post is going to break down all the great reasons to get a Platinum Season Pass next year, not JUST because you can get into the Water Park early.

If you purchase a 2026 Platinum Season Pass, you’ll be entitled to tons of perks to use each and every visit. Plus, keep reading to learn more about our newest Pass perk for 2026.

Admission all season long in 2026.

Platinum Season Passholders can visit every day that Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari are open to the public in 2026.

*Note that Season Passholders may visit during our School Days in May, but must purchase a meal and make a reservation to visit through a school group.

24 Discounted Bring A Friend Tickets for $29.99.

Platinum Season Passholders unlock TWICE as many discounted Bring A Friend tickets as regular Season Passholders do. You receive those tickets in monthly allotments. And each Platinum Passholder gets this total, so the more Platinum Passholders in a family, the more discounted tickets you can unlock.

In 2026, Platinum Season Passholders will receive 24 discounted Bring A Friend tickets over the course of the season. The monthly breakdown looks like this:

  • In May, Platinum Passholders can purchase 4 discounted Bring A Friend tickets*
  • In June, Platinum Passholders can purchase 6 discounted Bring A Friend tickets
  • In July, Platinum Passholders can purchase 2 discounted Bring A Friend tickets*
  • In August, Platinum Passholders can purchase 2 discounted Bring A Friend tickets*
  • In September, Platinum Passholders can purchase 6 discounted Bring A Friend tickets
  • In October, Platinum Passholders can purchase 4 discounted Bring A Friend tickets

*Reminder: these monthly allotments expire at the end of each month and don’t roll over from one month to the next. They’re also not able to be used on Passholder-exclusive dates or on Saturdays in July and August.

Discounted Bring A Friend tickets may only be purchased at the park, and not online in advance. They must be purchased on the day they’re used. And, yes, friends who visit with you on these discounted tickets are eligible for our Worry-Free Weather Guarantee, if it’s activated on the day of your visit!

Passholder-Exclusive Preview Dates in May.

Get the 2026 season started early next May. As a Platinum Season Passholder, you’ll be able to visit on Saturday, May 2 exclusively with other Platinum Passholders*. You can also visit on Sunday, May 3, when Holiday World will be open for Passholders of all types.

*Pre-K Passholders are welcome to attend the event on Saturday, May 2 as long as the family member they’re visiting with has a Platinum Pass.

We don’t open to the general public who are visiting with tickets until Saturday, May 9.

20% Savings on In-Park Purchases.

Scan your Platinum Season Pass at check-out and you’ll save on food, drinks*, and merchandise all around both parks.

$1 Food Special Every Month.

While the details of the Dollar Deal for Platinum Passholders haven’t been finalized for 2026 just yet, here’s what they received in the 2025 season:

Rice Crispy Treat (May), Soft Serve Ice Cream Cup (June), Small ICEE (July), Cake Ball (August), Cotton Candy (September), and Popcorn (October).

Savings On Locker Rentals Every Visit.

Platinum Passholders save $5 per locker rental on each and every visit.

It’s the new Platinum Season Pass perk that already has Passholders in our Facebook Passholder Group excited for next season.

The chance to get into Splashin’ Safari and experience select attractions every day in June and July next year.

Starting June 1, Platinum Passholders can get into Splashin’ Safari at 10:15am for five attractions in the Water Park. Those are Mammoth, Cheetah Chase, Kima Bay, Tembo Falls, and Tembo Tides. This perk is available every day through July 31.

That’s over 45 extra hours to experience that Water Coaster Capital of the World

At this time, this perk is only available to Platinum Season Passholders and Guests who are booked at Santa’s Cottages between June 1 and July 31, 2026. It’s not available for friends who are visiting with you and using your discounted Bring A Friend tickets or non-Platinum Season Passholders*.

*Pre-K Season Passholders who are visiting with family members who are Platinum Season Passholders are able to gain early entry into Splashin’ Safari on these days.

In addition to September being the best time of the year to buy a Season Pass to get the lowest price, we have a few special programs that can unlock even deeper discounts.

Season Passes and Platinum Season Passes are available with even higher savings for Military Members, First Responders, Nurses, and (New this year!) Teachers. Here’s a bit more information for each group:

  • Military Members. Eligible US Military communities who can take advantage of this discount are active duty, military family, military spouses, surviving spouses, retirees, and veterans. It includes military families in both the US and Canada. You can see all the details for Military families here.
  • First Responders. Eligible groups include EMTs, paramedics, law enforcement, as well as certain federal agents. To see a full list of qualifying titles, click here.
  • Nurses. Our Nurse Discount includes a list of over 27 different medical positions, including Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and more. To see the full list, click here.
  • New for 2026: Teachers. To qualify for our Teacher discount, you must be a currently employed educator – including classroom teachers, school staff, college faculty, and homeschool teachers who have a valid teaching certificate. It includes educator positions in both the US and Canada. To see the full list of qualifying titles, click here.

Once your credentials are verified through ID.me, you can purchase up to 10 Season Passes with these discounts.

Note: Season Passes purchased with our Special Program discount are not available on Easy Pay.

It’s one of our least-known Pass perks, and the only way to purchase a 2026 Season Pass but visit in 2025 (or get a friend into the park for free!).

And it’s only for a 2026 Platinum Season Pass that’s been paid in full. It’s not available for those who purchased their Platinum Pass on our monthly installment program.

Are you a 2025 Season Passholder?

No, I’m not a 2025 Passholder, but purchased a 2026 Platinum Season Pass that’s paid in full.

You’re able to process your Platinum Pass at Holiday World this year and visit on any Sunday during Happy Halloween Weekends this season. That means you have 6 different Sundays that you can visit this season. Any Sunday between September 21 and October 26.

Yes, I’m a 2025 Passholder and bought a 2026 Platinum Season Pass that’s paid in full.

You just unlocked our rarest Bring A Friend ticket type. FREE! You can use your 2025 Season Pass or Platinum Season Pass to visit on any Sunday this year during Happy Halloween Weekends, like normal. AND you’re able to use your 2026 Platinum Season Pass to get one friend in for free any Sunday during Happy Halloween Weekends in 2025. That’s a total of 6 days that you can get a friend in for free!

If you’re interested in purchasing a Platinum Season Pass on our Easy Pay program through monthly installments, that’s available now through February 4, 2026.

Four Payment Timelines Available

Platinum Season Passes purchased between September 1 and September 30, 2025 are available for 7 payments of $25 each.

Platinum Passes purchased between October 1 and November 2, 2025 are available for 6 payments of $32.50 each.

Passes purchased between November 3, 2025 and January 2, 2026 are available for 4 payments of $51.25 each.

And, finally, Passes purchased between January 3, 2026 and February 4, 2026 are available for 3 payments of $70 each.

February 4, 2026 is the last day to purchase a 2026 Platinum Season Pass on Easy Pay.
