Happy Halloween Weekends isn’t just a Guest favorite, it’s one of the Top 10 Best Theme Park Halloween Events in the nation, according to USA Today’s 10Best Awards.
The event was named a Top 10 winner last year, and Happy Halloween Weekends has been nominated again in 2025!
Now we need your help to keep the title.
Fans of the event are encouraged to vote daily through Monday, September 22.
Dinos + Halloween = The Ultimate Fall Adventure
For 2025, Holiday World is going prehistoric with the Dino Corn Maze Adventure, featuring two dozen life-sized dinosaurs that roar and breathe, thanks to Jurassic Park advisor “Dino Don” Lessem and his team at Dino Don, Inc.
The excitement doesn’t stop there! Each Saturday night, 500 drones will light up the sky in the all-new dinosaur-themed drone show: “Dinos Soar in the Sky.”
Planning to visit on Sunday? Grab a Twilight Ticket to catch the show the night before! Our Twilight Ticket is for Guests who purchase a Pick Your Date Ticket for any Sunday during Happy Halloween Weekends. Start the fun early the Saturday evening before your visit, starting at 5 p.m. Central Daylight Time.
Of course, Guest favorites are back too, like the Trick-or-Treat Trail for kids 12 and under, hayrides, walk-through funhouses, and spooktacular live entertainment.
And don’t forget the food! From Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets to S’mores Funnel Cake and the new Granny’s Cinnamon Roll Latte, there’s something for everyone to sink their teeth into.
When to Visit
Happy Halloween Weekends run Saturdays & Sundays, September 20-October 26, with extended hours on October 11, 18, and 25.
Plus, Friday Night Live! brings night rides, drink specials, and live music every Friday through October 24.
