Summer break may be running out, but that just means it’s time to wind down in style. Join us for Summer Wine’d Down Culinary Festival from August 4 through September 13, 2025!
Our Food & Beverage locations around the park will feature 30 new menu items only available throughout the event. Each new dish will have a recommended wine pairing that you can purchase with valid I.D. at Witches Brew, Plymouth on the Rocks, Liki Tiki, or The Watering Hole.
From Honey Sesame Shrimp to Star-Spangled Beignets, from the Chicken & Waffle Biscuit with hot honey to the Brisket Biscuit, our culinary team has dreamed up an amazing assortment of decadent small portions. You can purchase any item a la carte, or for the best value, you can purchase a Tasting Pass online or in-park, which you may redeem for five event-specific food selections of your choice.

Didn’t use all of your five food items in a single visit? That’s okay! The Tasting Pass is valid all operating days from August 4 – September 13! Feel free to savor some treats for another day!

No special ticket is required! Summer Wine’d Down is part of normal admission to Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari from August 4 to September 13. Pick Your Date, Any Day, and Multi-Day Flex Tickets, or any other ticket valid for the 2025 season are eligible for entry to Summer Wine’d Down.
Additionally, our Platinum Season Pass, Season Pass, and Pre-K Pass qualify for entry into the park on these days.
Summer Fun Cards may visit any non-Saturday through Labor Day. If you’d like to enjoy Summer Wine’d Down after September 1, you can purchase a regular ticket online or you can upgrade your Summer Fun Card to a Season Pass for just $35 per pass at Guest Relations.
The Tasting Pass, which allows you to try five event items, is not required to enjoy our new menu items.

Any restaurants that are open during Friday Night Live! will have Summer Wine’d Down options available through September 12. Please remember that Splashin’ Safari restaurants are closed during Friday Night Live!, and some Holiday World restaurants may be closed for the evening as well.

Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari will operate all rides, slides, shops, and restaurants according to our Operating Calendar.

If you have a Platinum Season Pass or a Season Pass, you may use your food discount on any a la carte Summer Wine’d Down options.
The Tasting Pass, which allows you to choose five Summer Wine’d Down menu items at a low price, offers a better value than purchasing individual items with your Season Pass discount. The Tasting Pass is not eligible for Season Pass discounts.

Children are always welcome at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari! The new menu items appeal to all ages.
