Nearly everyone guessed correctly.
That's Tommy on the ladder, painting. (About a month ago ... a bit too chilly for that today.)
He's painting the back wall of The Wave at Splashin' Safari.

That sign...
...it's the instruction manual that you see going up the lift hill on the Legend. You look to the right and see a big sign that says "Wave". So I usually do...
